Cel konkursu
Celem konkursu UGrants–START jest wsparcie doktorantów Szkoły Doktorskiej przy Wydziale Matematyki, Fizyki i Informatyki Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego w prowadzeniu badań i publikowaniu wyników w prestiżowych czasopismach naukowych.
Warunki uczestnictwa
- O dofinansowanie mogą ubiegać się doktoranci Szkoły Doktorskiej przy WMFI UG.
- Maksymalna wysokość grantu wynosi 15 000 zł.
- Wnioski należy składać w formie elektronicznej na adres: biuromfi@ug.edu.pl.

Warunki rozliczenia projektu
Warunkiem rozliczenia udziału w konkursie jest złożenie manuskryptu publikacji w czasopiśmie:
- ujętym w aktualnym wykazie ministra właściwego ds. nauki (minimum 100 pkt), lub
- indeksowanym w bazie Scopus lub Web of Science w pierwszym kwartylu (Q1).

Aim of the Competition
The UGrants–START competition aims to support doctoral students of the Doctoral School at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, University of Gdańsk, in conducting research and publishing their results in prestigious scientific journals.
Eligibility and Application Rules
- Eligible applicants: doctoral students of the Doctoral School at FMPI UG.
- Maximum grant amount: 15,000 PLN.
- Applications should be submitted electronically to biuromfi@ug.edu.pl.

Project Settlement Requirements
To successfully settle the project, the participant must submit a publication manuscript to a journal that:
- is included in the current list of journals approved by the Minister of Science (minimum 100 points), or
- is indexed in Scopus or Web of Science, first quartile (Q1).
